THE ART OF FARMING
WHY FARMERS?
Growing up in the heartland shaped me in profound ways. It instilled a deep admiration for farmers—their grit, their resilience, and their unwavering commitment to a way of life that sustains us all. Farmers don’t just grow crops; they cultivate the foundation of our existence. Being around them is both humbling and energizing, a reminder of the beauty in hard work and dedication.
This past summer, I had the privilege of working with Zandairy, capturing the rhythm of their dairy operations. Through my lens, I saw not just their labor, but their legacy—the generations of effort and love poured into their fields and herds. It was an honor to capture their story, and I’m looking forward to shooting spring operations and learning more about their business.
Farming is deeply rooted—it’s a connection to the earth and to each other, grounded in purpose and perseverance. I’m here to honor it, one image at a time.
